Praise

  • God for those who heard the Good News of Jesus shared at Summer Training, weekends and outreach events.

  • God for outreach weekends scheduled in 2008 and those already scheduled for 2009.

  • Thank God for the resources of leaders, youth, materials, and host churches that support this ministry.

  • God for meeting the needs of OAFC.

Prayers

  • For God's Guidance on the OAFC Board of Directors as they strive to grow OAFC.

  • That God would guide OAFC Staff:

    • Pastor Dan Smith the part-time Executive Director of OAFC & full-time pastor of Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church in Galesburg, IL

    • Mr. Dan Barz, full-time Assistant to the Executive Director

    • Pastor Erwin Ruhlig, volunteer Business Manager

    • Dorothy Ruppert, volunteer Treasurer

  • That Ambassadors might simply and boldly share Jesus with those in their schools & communities.

  • That God will provide willing hosts for 2008 & 2009 weekends for all OAFC groups around the country.

  • That God will provide for all the needs of the future OAFC weekends scheduled for 2008:

    • Aug 22-24 Cedar Crest - White Lake, MI &
    • 	Our Redeemer - Golconda, IL
  • For the Holy Spirit working through the Good News shared at August weekend at St. John - Spokane, WA and at the

    July 18-20 Summer Training weekend.

    • Friendship Lutheran Church of Joy - Champaign
    • Immanuel Lutheran Church - Broadlands
    • Immanuel Lutheran Church - Tuscola
    • St. John Lutheran Church - Mattoon
    • St. Paul Lutheran Church - Sadorus
    • Trinity Lutheran Church - Urbana
    • Our Savior Lutheran Church - St. Joseph
    • St. John Lutheran Church - Champaign

    July 25-27 Travel Team Weekend

    • Hope and Hmong Hope - Milwaukee, WI 
    • Our Savior - Escanaba, MI  
  • For the resources needed for the Ministry and Growth of OAFC and that we use these resources to His glory.

  • That OAFC might grow in sharing the Good News of Jesus with many and in training many more to share that Good News.

  • That God will provide:

    • More Area Leaders for OAFC - both for new starts and for current groups.

    • Youth to join OAFC

    • Churches to host OAFC

  • Ambassadors sharing Jesus in other lands
